阐述了高频共振信号分析技术诊断轴承故障的基本原理和实现方法,建立了自行火炮变速箱的轴承故障诊断系统。并且用诊断实例验证了利用高频共振信号分析技术诊断自行火炮变速箱轴承故障的有效性。
The basic principle and method of bearing fault diagnosis by high frequency resonance signal analysis technology are expounded. A bearing fault diagnosis system for self-propelled artillery gearbox is established. The effectiveness of using high-frequency resonance signal analysis to diagnose the self-propelled gun gearbox bearing fault is verified with a diagnostic example.
