过去对三联律之定义一直不明确并有些争议,加藤孝和等对三联律提出明确之定义,即“每三个心搏构成一组,至少反复出现三次(周期)”。并提出可以组成三个心搏的各种搏动和三联律的详细的分类。加藤亲自观察病例和复习文献共有30种三联律,从理论推测尚可有40种。
In the past, the definition of triple laws has been unclear and somewhat controversial. Kato filial piety and others defined the triple laws in such a way that “every three heartbeats form a group, with at least three recurrences (cycles)”. And presented a detailed classification of the various beats and tricity that can make up the three beats. Kato himself observed cases and review the literature a total of 30 kinds of triple law, speculated that there may be 40 species.
