省农业科学院果蔬研究所,在1960年从引种及整理地方品种中,初步选出以下几个解决冬春缺菜季节的蔬菜优良品种: 1、揚花蘿卜:叶长卵园形,綠色,柄紫紅色,根扁园形,紅皮白肉,質脆味濃。2月播种,4月上旬收获;4月上旬播种,5月上旬收获。每亩单产1,500—2,500斤,适于早春栽培。
