1993年5月22日,中国石油天然气总公司在成都市召开新产品鉴定会,对西南石油学院与成都石油总机械厂合作研制的SC-I型钻井泵新型活塞进行了部级技术鉴定。鉴定会由中国石油物资装备总公司主持。会议对提供的技术文件、设计图样、质量检测结果以及现场使用情况进行认真评审后,通过了SC-I型钻井泵新型活塞的技术鉴定,同意投入批量生产。钻井泵活塞是泵中主要易损件,随着泵压提高,活塞寿命急剧下降。为了适应当前高泵压下的喷射钻井工艺,西南石油学院与成都总机械厂携手合作,
On May 22, 1993, China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) held a new product appraisal meeting in Chengdu City to conduct ministerial technical appraisals on a new type of SC-I drilling pump developed by Southwest Petroleum Institute and Chengdu Petroleum Machinery Plant. Appraisal by China Petroleum Materials and Equipment Corporation presided over. After carefully reviewing the technical documents, design drawings, quality inspection results and on-site usage provided, the meeting passed the technical appraisal of the new piston of SC-I drilling pump and agreed to put it into mass production. Drilling pump piston is the main wearing parts of the pump, with the pump pressure increased, the sharp decline in piston life.
