在西方,角色扮演是一项较为成熟、广泛运用的评价中心技术。近年来,我国各地竞争性选拔领导干部工作如火如荼,领导干部选拔考试测评技术的发展日新月异,角色扮演等评价中心技术也得到了逐步应用。本文通过某国有大型集团公司选拔总经理的实践为例,探讨角色扮演测评技术的运用技巧,并提出完善建议。
In the west, role play is a more mature and widely used evaluation center technology. In recent years, the competitive selection of leading cadres throughout China has been in full swing. The development of evaluation techniques for leading cadre selection examinations has evolved rapidly. Appraisal center technologies such as role playing have also been gradually applied. This paper, through the practice of selecting a general manager of a state-owned large-scale group company as an example, discusses the application skills of the role-playing assessment techniques and puts forward some suggestions.
