课程标准的基本理念提出:使数学教育面向全体学生,实现人人学有价值的数学,人人都能获得必需的数学,不同的人在数学上得到不同的发展。在这个理念中,不仅强调了学生是学习的主体,并强调自主学习在学习方式中所占的重要位置和起到的作用。被动的教永远不如主动的学效果明显,所以,在数学教学中,教师要积极地调动学生的主观能动性,并重视对学生的独立性培养,学生作为独立的个体,又都具有个性,针对于此,数学教师在教学中必须区别对待,保护学生的个性。同时,新课改指导思想提出合作学习,学生自主合作学习能调动每一位学生积极参与,发挥每位学生的作用。作为数学教师,要在整个数学教学过程中穿插运用,提高教学效率,培养全面发展的人才。
