2月25日至3月20日,上汽集团奇瑞公司派出以产品开发部、轿车厂、售后服务部、发动机厂、质量保证部五个部门近百个专家组成的十个小组同时奔赴东北、华北、西北等十余个地区近百个城市。这十个小组将在各地同时进行“真情回报——奇瑞迎春服务大行动”,为用户检修包括整车电器系统、空调系统在内的各种疑难问题,答复用户的咨询;同时检查各服务站的服务态度与服务水平,保护用户的长期利益。同时将私家车、公务车的质量担保期限修订为“二年或六万公里(以先到者为先)”,并将此政策延伸至全部奇瑞用户。
