病者男性,38岁,以黄蜂螫后全身浮肿10天为主诉入院。10天前劳动中右颧部遭蜂螫,局部红肿、疼痛。次日疼痛加重、颜面浮肿。三天后浮肿逐渐波及全身,同时尿量减少。入院前三天尿量明显减少,自觉腹胀、纳差、恶心、头昏、全身乏力。当地医治症无好转。病后无咽痛咳嗽,无畏寒发热、无腹痛腹泻、无皮肤瘙痒和关节疼痛等症状。既往有胃病史,否认肾脏疾病和浮肿史。体查血压16/10kPa,右颧部见暗
