党的十六届五中全会提出了建设社会主义新农村的新目标,给广袤的农村大地注入了新的生机和活力。在第三批先进性教育活动中,中央特别强调要紧紧围绕建设社会主义新农村来开展先进性教育活动。我区围绕解决农村实际问题,组织开展了“百万农民党员实用技术大培训”、“农村科技引领先锋行”、“百万农民党员法律宣传服务大行动”三大主题活动,从而将第三批先进性教育活动与服务农村、服务农民结合起来。这在广西是一个尝试,良好的效果使全区涉农部门找到了一条更好地为农民服务的新路子,各地各部门也从中积累了经验,探索了服务农村的长效机制。
The Fifth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee put forward the new goal of building a new socialist countryside and injected new vigor and vitality into the vast countryside. In the third batch of education on advanced nature, the CPC Central Committee places particular emphasis on carrying out advanced education activities around the construction of a new socialist countryside. In order to solve practical problems in rural areas, our district organized three major activities of “Practical Training for Millions of Peasants,” “Leading Pioneer in Rural Science and Technology” and “Large-scale Legal Propaganda Service for Million Peasants” Proactive education activities should be combined with serving rural areas and serving peasants. This is an attempt in Guangxi. Good results have led the agricultural sector in the entire region to find a new way to better serve peasants. All localities and departments have also accumulated experience and explored long-term mechanisms for serving rural areas.
