介绍了2种方法用于检测转向架某些部件故障。这2种方法是建立在振动加速度统计分析的基础上的。方法之一是当1台转向架的部件发生故障时,比较同一辆车前后转向架的振动状态。方法之二是通过检测振动加速度峰值的振幅和持续时间来检测故障迹象。通过模拟转向架部件某些故障的试验并进行分析,可以确认这2种方法用于新干线转向架的状态监视是可靠的。
Two methods are introduced to detect some component failure of the bogie. These two methods are based on the statistical analysis of vibration acceleration. One way is to compare the vibrations of the front and rear bogies on the same car when one of the bogie components fails. The second method is to detect the sign of the fault by detecting the amplitude and duration of the peak of the vibrational acceleration. By simulating tests of some failures of the bogie components and analyzing them, it can be confirmed that these two methods are reliable for condition monitoring of Shinkansen bogies.
