随着信息技术飞速发展,信息技术在教育教学中的作用已经突显出来,国家对教育信息化建设越来越重视,教师信息技术应用能力提高显得尤为重要。该文首先分析区域教育信息化现状,围绕“国家实施中小学教师信息技术应用能力提升工程”(以下简称“能力提升工程”)总体目标,提出实施“能力提升工程”培训步骤与方法,阐述提高“能力提升工程”培训效益策略,旨在为今后其他区域实施“能力提升工程”培训及提高效益提供借鉴。
With the rapid development of information technology, the role of information technology in education and teaching has been highlighted. The government attaches more and more importance to the construction of education information and the improvement of teachers’ ability to use information technology is especially important. This paper first analyzes the status quo of regional education informationization and puts forward the implementation of “training for capacity building” based on the overall goal of “national ability to implement information technology application of primary and secondary school teachers” (hereinafter referred to as “capacity improvement project”) Steps and methods to elaborate the strategy of improving the training effectiveness of “Capacity Building Project” so as to provide reference for the implementation of “Capacity Building Improvement” training and improvement of benefits in other regions in the future.
