适用于邮电通信企业的“班组讲座”。伴随着改革的深入发展而出现于本刊之内,确系一件好事,知识性和适用性很强,给人以启迪和知识,很受读者欢迎。但是,由此又给人以联想,希望把“讲座”专栏继续办下去,设“邮电企业管理讲座”专栏,专讲邮电企业管理的基本理论知识,然后再分门别类地按各管理专业讲下去,形成一个系列讲座,效果肯定很好,邮电企业的管理素质和管理水平必然会有所提高,也解决了脱产学习难的矛盾,无疑是一件美事。
