镍铬合金价格较低。在发展中国家应用很广泛,可铸造性和陶瓷金属结合力(ceramometal bond resistance,CMBR)是牙科接受镍铬合金替代金合金的重要标准。本研究的目的是评价铍对实验镍铬合金可铸造性和CMBR的影响。 材料和方法 实验镍铬合金含15.0wt%Cr、2.5wt%Mn,依据其它成份不同分为4组,实验4组(E4)为对照组,含77.0 wt%Ni、5.5 wt%Nb、不含铍,实验1组(E1)含77.1 wt%Ni,0.9wt%Be,实验2组(E2)含77.0 wt%Ni,1.0 wt%Be,实验3组(E3)含76.9wt%Ni,1.1%Be,E1、E2、E3组含4.5 wt%Nb。用Whitlock等法作可铸造性试验,计数铸造出的网格数并作统计学分析。在直经3.0 mm、长70.0 mm铸棒轴面上,按厂家说明书要求烧烤IPS瓷(Ivoclar 2/F1),用

Ccasting and ceramometal bond resistance (CMBR) are important criteria for dentistry to accept nichrome instead of gold alloy. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of beryllium on the castability and CMBR of experimental nicholas. Materials and Methods Experiment Nickel-chromium alloy containing 15.0 wt% Cr and 2.5 wt% Mn was divided into four groups according to other components. Experiment 4 (E4) was a control group containing 77.0 wt% Ni and 5.5 wt% Nb, Beryllium. Group 1 (E1) contained 77.1 wt% Ni and 0.9 wt% Be, Group 2 contained 77.0 wt% Ni and 1.0 wt% Be.
