本文对乳品加工业的产量逐年变化及市场状况进行了介绍,指出消费需求不断增加,市场竞争逐渐激烈,企业需要通过科技创新来满足市场需求并获得竞争优势。对我国科技创新情况的分析显示,虽然科研经费在增加,但大部分食品加工企业缺少科技创新活动。蒙牛、伊利集团的成功案例显示了科技创新对企业发展的巨大作用,但我国乳品加工企业科技创新时也遇到很多问题,例如缺少政府支持和新型设备,与高校科研院所合作不够等。要提高乳品加工企业的科技创新能力,需要从驱动机制,约束机制,健全相关法律法规等三方面着手,大力推动产学研合作模式在乳品企业的实施。
This article introduces the change of the output of dairy processing industry from year to year and the market condition. It points out that the consumption demand is increasing and the market competition is getting fiercer. Enterprises need to meet market demand and gain competitive advantage through technological innovation. Analysis of China’s technological innovation shows that although the funding for scientific research is increasing, most food processing enterprises lack scientific and technological innovation activities. The successful cases of Mengniu and Yili Group show the great effect of scientific and technological innovation on the development of enterprises. However, many problems have also been encountered in the technological innovation of dairy processing enterprises in our country, such as the lack of government support and new equipment and insufficient cooperation with universities and research institutes. To improve the scientific and technological innovation ability of dairy processing enterprises, it is necessary to start from three aspects of driving mechanism, restraint mechanism and sound related laws and regulations, and vigorously promote the implementation of the cooperation mode of production, study and research in dairy enterprises.
