褚新红,天津市和平区岳阳道小学校长,特级教师,天津市和平区教育领军人才,曾获得全国“五一”劳动奖章、全国“三八”红旗手等荣誉称号。她带领学校团队提炼出“融慧”办学思想,暨“融天下大慧育未来栋才”。她二十七年教书育人,执著追求自己的教育理想,德育工作以“牢记、理解、践行”三步曲模式,整合并形成了心理健康、家长频道、亲子互动、社会实践、班主任工作等一系列的德育版块,突破了教育时空壁垒,增强了教育实效。
