早期诊断对防治麻风非常重要,因此需要一简便而敏感的血清诊断法。本文报告用E—B病毒转化人的淋巴细胞获得一株分泌酚糖脂—Ⅰ(PGL—Ⅰ)抗体的人B细胞株(KR_2/B_5)。自未治疗的LL型病人采血20~25ml,离心分离淋巴细胞,用RPMI1640洗涤二次,在含有E—B病毒的上清液中(来自B_(95)~8细胞株)孵育二小时。再用20%胎牛血清的RPMI培养液将细胞调整到1×10~6只/ml,于24孔的平板中克隆化。用同法筛选出分泌PGL—Ⅰ抗
Early diagnosis is very important for the prevention and treatment of leprosy, so a simple and sensitive serum diagnosis method is needed. This paper reports a human B cell line secreting phenolic glycolipid-Ⅰ (PGL-Ⅰ) antibody (KR_2 / B_5) was obtained by transforming human lymphocytes with E-B virus. Twenty to twenty-five ml of blood was collected from untreated Type LL patients, and lymphocytes were centrifuged, washed twice with RPMI1640 and incubated for two hours in E-B virus-containing supernatants (from B cells (95) to 8).
