3,3′,5′-三碘甲腺原氨酸简称反T_3(reverse T_3,rT_3),血中含量很低,几乎无生物活性,除小部分(2.5％)由甲状腺分泌外,大部分来自T_4在外周的脱碘转化。我们于1985年9月～1986年3月期间对正常人、甲状腺疾病和非甲状腺疾病病人的血清rT_3变化进行了观察,现将结果报道于下。 正常人、胎儿脐血、甲状腺疾病和非甲状腺疾病病人血清rT_3、T_3、T_4、FT_4I、TSH见附表。
