作为当代的艺术教育,不应仅是职业技能性的教育,以及寻找符合专业需求的就业岗位,而是加强人文素质的教育,培养学生对社会对市场的适应能力,只有这样才能真正拓宽艺术类学生就业的道路。避免千军万马争过独木桥,打造条条道路通罗马的亮堂大道。本文从中国传统儒家教育集“德、智、美、体”的人文综合教学实践中,对照西方艺术学校诞生后的传艺授能的“职业性”教育中,寻找到有助于当前艺术教育改革的钥匙。追本溯源,在当前要以国际艺术教学所形成的教育体系,吸取中国儒学传统教育以人为本的教学思想,加强当代艺术教育的人文精神,提高艺术素质修养。从短期效果看,可以缓解目前艺术专业对口就业的困难,拓宽就业渠道;从长效评估,将会使艺术类学生有质的转变,把职业教育转化为素质教育,从狭隘的专业教学中回归到广义的人文教育海洋中,游刃有余,其乐无穷。
