学生违纪是班主任经常遇到且非常头疼的问题。在实践中,笔者发现对经常违反纪律的学生提醒、警告甚至处罚,效果都不明显。这些学生在学习生活中已经形成了一些不良习惯,要求其一步到位、立即改正不良习惯,是不切实际的。经常不痛不痒、不见效果的批评反而容易使学生产生反感甚?
Students’ violation of discipline is a problem often encountered by headteachers. In practice, the author finds that the effect of reminding, warning, and even punishing students who often violate discipline is not obvious.
