目的分析硝酸甘油联合利尿合剂治疗心衰的临床疗效。方法研究对象为我院随机选取的50例心衰患者,研究时间为2015年10月至2016年11月,研究对象分类为对照组、观察组,每组纳入25例患者。对照组行硝酸甘油联合呋塞米治疗,观察组行硝酸甘油联合利尿合剂治疗,总结归纳两组患者的最终治疗效果。结果经硝酸甘油联合利尿合剂治疗,观察组治疗效果更接近预设值,与对照组相比,治疗有效率、临床指标、不良反应发生率更为理想,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用硝酸甘油联合利尿合剂治疗心衰能够较好改善患者的心衰指标,缓解各项临床症状,不良反应少,进而促进患者的恢复,应用价值较高。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of nitroglycerin combined with diuretic in the treatment of heart failure. Methods The subjects were 50 randomly selected patients with heart failure in our hospital. The study period was from October 2015 to November 2016. The subjects were classified into control group and observation group, with 25 patients in each group. The control group was treated with nitroglycerin combined with furosemide, and the observation group was treated with nitroglycerin combined with diuretic mixture, and the final treatment effect of the two groups was summarized. Results Compared with the control group, the treatment effect of nitroglycerin combined with diuretic mixture in the observation group was closer to the preset value, and the treatment efficiency, clinical indexes and incidence of adverse reactions were more satisfactory with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusions The treatment of heart failure with nitroglycerin combined with diuresis can improve the patients’ heart failure index, relieve the clinical symptoms, reduce the adverse reactions, and then promote the recovery of patients with high value.
