PECAM-1/CD31(血小板内皮细胞粘附分子)以其在细胞间相互作用中独特的表现越来越受到人们的重视。与脉管腔相关联的几种重要细胞表面均有 PECAM-1的表达,它在炎症反应、血管发生、创伤愈合及肿瘤转移等过程中均发挥重要作用。
PECAM-1 / CD31 (Platelet Endothelial Cell Adhesion Molecules) is gaining more and more attention due to its unique performance in cell-cell interaction. PECAM-1 is expressed on several important cell surfaces associated with the luminal lumen and plays an important role in the inflammatory response, angiogenesis, wound healing and tumor metastasis.
