辉光离子氮化这一新工艺,能有效地提高零件的疲劳强度、抗磨性能和耐蚀性,目前得到较广泛的应用.本试验研究的目的:就是探讨辉光离子氮化应用于钻模的可能性,并初容分析了辉光(?)子氮化对钻模性能及尺寸的影响.本文通过对低温离子氮化的试验,肯定了低温离子氮化应用于钻模的优越性,并对离子氮化后的组织,组织与性能的关系及影响变形的因素试从理论上做了简要阐述。
