一台S195柴油机,运转中突然水箱中冲出气体。熄火检查,发现水箱中水面有层油花。再对发动机作进一步检查,发现气缸套已破裂,位置在排气门一边。从裂缝的位置和外形来看,气缸套破裂的原因是机温过高所致。那么是什么原因引起机温过高呢?通过反复检查、分析,原来是由于气门凸轮磨损严重,凸轮升程过小所致。气门间隙虽然调整正确,但由于凸轮升程过小,使气门开度不足,并且缩短了进、排气时间,造成排气不尽,致使机温升高。S195柴油机进,排气门凸轮的标准升程为7.55±0.05毫米,凸轮
