就目前来讲,我国建设工程的监管工作起步很晚,管理制度较为繁琐,这对当前时代下建设工程的发展是非常不利的。某些建设企业的建设工程监管工作和质量审核力度远远不够,导致我国的某些建设工程在实际生产中出现招投标审核不过关的现象时有发生,这对于整体工程项目的审核来讲具有非常恶劣的影响,严重破坏企业资金产业链的调节,并且给企业资金的调度带来很大问题。本文从我国建设工程监理中存在的问题出发,提出有关的改革策略和办法,希望能够起到一些帮助。
For now, the regulatory work on construction projects in our country started very late and the management system is more complicated.
