糖苷类化合物因为极性大和热不稳定而难以用通常的电子轰击电离质谱进行结构测定。我们用FAB-MS和FAB-CA-MIKES对这类化合物进行了结构研究,不仅获得了准确的分子量和苷元碎片,还获得了糖的序列以及糖本身的裂解途径等重要结构信息。
Glycosides are difficult to determine by conventional electron impact mass spectrometry due to their large polarity and thermal instability. We used FAB-MS and FAB-CA-MIKES to study the structures of these compounds. We obtained not only accurate molecular weight and aglycone fragments, but also important structural information such as the sugar sequence and the sugar itself.
