针对8301工作面特殊地质开采条件,提出采用多夹矸顶板载荷估算方法,通过与宏观损伤力学法、反分析数值模拟法、实测统计法3种传统综放工作面支架工作阻力确定方法的计算原理和结果对比,结合现场实测得出:多夹矸顶板载荷估算方法能够合理确定复杂地质条件下综放工作面支架工作阻力;ZF13000/25/38型支撑掩护式支架能满足8301工作面顶板控制的需要。
According to the special geological conditions of 8301 working face, this paper puts forward a method to calculate the load of roof with multi-clip gangue, and through the comparison with the macro damage mechanics method, inverse analysis numerical simulation method and the measured statistic method to calculate the working resistance of three traditional mechanized top- Compared with the results, the field measurement shows that the multi-clip roof load estimation method can reasonably determine the working resistance of fully mechanized caving face under complex geological conditions; ZF13000 / 25/38 type of support shield can meet the roof control of 8301 need.
