提高体育教学的有效性,是高校体育教学的重点课题。本文从有效教学的内涵和提升高校体育教学有效性的重要性出发,分析了体育教学有效性的衡量标准,在此基础上重点讲解了提升高校体育教学有效性的策略方法。最后得出:只有不断的创新高校体育教学的方法,改变传统的教学观念,从学生的体育需求出发,真正有效的提升体育教学课的质量,才能不断的提升体育教学的有效性,才能让学生积极的投身到体育教学中,才能让学生在未来的生活中养成良好的锻炼身体的习惯。
To improve the effectiveness of physical education is a key issue of physical education in colleges and universities. Based on the connotation of effective teaching and the importance of improving the effectiveness of physical education in colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the measure of effectiveness of physical education teaching, and on this basis, focuses on the strategies to improve the effectiveness of physical education in colleges and universities.
