According to the Census Bureau, currently there are 43:57 male and female students in college campuses nationwide. After the women quickly occupied the campus, some social problems ensued. To reverse the imbalance in this new gender ratio, some American universities artificially adopted some policies to treat boys but were sued. Coincidentally, this phenomenon also came out in China. Not long ago, colleges and universities such as Beijing Foreign Studies University had also been criticized for lowering their admission scores for certain departmental boys. How to narrow the gender gap without violating the fairness? Experts have found that the solution to the problem may be traced back to primary and secondary education or even kindergarten. Because at that time the boys had begun to fall far behind the girl. If you can give boys more understanding and help at this stage, maybe more boys will go to college. So, how to focus on boys, has become a hot topic in the U.S. education circles in these two or three years.
