近日,香港女明星裸照事件,在香港掀起一股对某些无良新闻从业者的职业道德谴责声浪。刊登裸照的《东周刊》最终在一片舆论讨伐声中停刊,高层引咎辞职。各大网站纷纷发表文章表示某些传媒病态现象亟待反思。新闻从业者的职业道德修养问题,虽然各个国家都作出了政策或法律的规定,但是在现代社会中,记者侵权,为采集新闻、达到轰动效应不惜手段的做法仍然存在,尤其对于娱乐圈明星的围追堵截、随意捏造新闻,更是引起社会公众的普遍反感。笔者认为,眼下记者存在的职业道德修养问题主要有以下几种:
Recently, the actress nude photos of Hong Kong created a wave of condemnation of the professional ethics of some unscrupulous news practitioners in Hong Kong. The “Eastern Weekly” published in the nude eventually ceased publication in a media crusade, and the top leaders resigned. Major websites have published articles that indicate some media morbid phenomena should be reconsidered urgently. Although the professional ethics of news practitioners have been regulated by the policies or laws of all countries, in the modern society, the practice of journalists’ infringement and collecting news at the sensational effect still exists at all, especially for the entertainment star Pursuing interception, arbitrary fabrication of news, but also cause widespread public dislike. The author believes that at the moment the existence of professional ethics practitioners have the following questions:
