先兆流产部分发展为难免流产,经积极保胎治疗部分进展为继续妊娠。继续妊娠其妊娠结局如何是孕妇与妇产科医生关心的问题。就此问题,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1临床资料:选取2008年1月至12月因先兆流产于我院进行保胎治疗后继续妊娠并住院分娩的孕妇150例作为观察组。随机抽取同期分娩且无先兆流产的孕妇150例作为对照组。
