沙河渡槽为黄河南控制工期的大型建筑物,为达到结构、施工、经济的最优组合,需进行多方面的方案比较。U型槽与矩形槽相比,水流条件较好,外形线条流畅、轻巧,同时U型槽为双向预应力,矩形槽为三向预应力,U槽预应力施工比矩形槽简单。从建筑工程投资看,U形槽亦优于矩形槽。从施工角度分析,架桥机预制可以减少占用河床时间,但需占用预制场地,虽费用较高,但可以保证工程质量,缩短施工工期。满堂支架施工立模支撑结构较大,对地基要求高,处理不当易引起施工挠度过大,影响结构安全。施工过程中不确定因素较多,施工质量不好保证。造槽机施工同样存在挠度问题,且需要较大的施工空间,增加工程量。
