通过对遗传算法优化设计门座起重机变幅机构中齿轮—齿条传动问题的研究, 得出遗传算法与传统优化方法相比具有全局寻优能力强、不需要导数信息和并行运算等优点。为了避免寻优过程陷入局部最优, 该算法引入了相似尺度函数。计算结果表明, 遗传算法能保证高效率的寻到问题的全局最优解和若干个局部最优解。
Through the research on the gear-rack transmission problem in the luffing mechanism of gantry crane with genetic algorithm, the conclusion is drawn that compared with traditional optimization methods, genetic algorithm has the advantages of global optimization ability, no need of derivative information and parallel operation. In order to avoid the optimization process falling into local optimum, the algorithm introduces a similar scaling function. The results show that the genetic algorithm can guarantee efficient finding of the global optimal solution and several local optimal solutions.
