提出基于互联网技术具有 Browser/Server体系结构的航海通告 WEB发布方案 ,通过在互联网上建立航海通告网站 ,实时更新并发布最新的航海通告信息 ,可以使互联网上的任意一个远程用户在任意时刻使用浏览器 (如 IE、Netscape等 )浏览并下载航海通告站点中的数据 ,以实时获取最新的海上情况变化信息 ,保证船舶航行安全 .
In this paper, we propose a web publishing scheme based on Internet technology with a navigation system of Browser / Server. By creating a nautical notification website on the Internet and updating and publishing the latest nautical announcements in real time, any remote user on the Internet can browse at any time (Such as IE, Netscape, etc.) to browse and download the data in the nautical notice site, in real time to obtain the latest changes in the marine information, to ensure the safety of navigation.
