本文主要利用了文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法,通过背景、意义和需求三个方面从理论上对普通高校开设女子足球选修课的可行性进行了分析,认为在普通高校开设女子足球选修课不仅顺应了素质教育的发展趋势,并且在推广校园文化及培养学生团队合作方面有着重要的意义。对中国药科大学部分女大学生对选修足球课的态度、动机两个方面进行了调研,了解她们对女子足球选修课程的需求,结果认为女子足球选修课还是拥有比较坚实的学生基础的,受到学生们的支持。
