一、国内外冷轧钢管生产发展概况冷轧钢管工业是一门新兴而富有远大发展前景的工业。1932年,美国研究成功世界上第一台二辊式周期型钢管冷轧机,德国继美国之后于1935年设计和制造出第一批称之为PC、PP型的二辊式钢管冷轧机。苏联在1934年从美国引进一台辊式冷轧管机,1937年又从德国进口11台样机,同年在乌克兰重型机械制造厂仿制成功,现已形成ХПТ32—Хп250二辊周期式冷轧管机系列。第二次世界大战以前,由于冷轧管机较少,冷轧管技术落后,所以冷加工管材生产以拉拔方式为主。40年代到50年代
