为研究近距平行跑道配对进近侧向碰撞风险及相关参数对碰撞风险的影响,首先分析飞机位置误差的影响因素;其次基于配对进近的2架飞机实际运行过程和尾流避让的要求,考虑侧向误差概率密度函数截断补偿系数,建立近距平行跑道配对进近侧向风险评估模型;然后计算不同实际导航性能(ANP)条件下的侧向碰撞风险值;最后编制ANP数值表,并建议配对飞机速度差不超过7.5 m/s,初始安全间隔为1 000~1 200 m。结果表明,后机采用进近偏角可以有效降低对ANP的要求;大风速时,侧向碰撞风险对风向更敏感。
