本文对BCG，BCG＋IL－2膀胱灌注预防膀胱癌术后复发的疗效进行了分析，74例膀胱癌分为两组。一组40例单用BCG（150mg），另一组34例BCG（100mg）＋IL－2（20000Iu）。BCG组随访18～72月，平均30．9月，无肿瘤复发率80％（32／40），BCG＋IL－2组随访16～7O月，平均29．4月，无肿瘤复发率88．3％（3O／34），两组比较有显著性（P<0．01）。结果表明，无论单独用BCG或BCG＋IL－2联合应用，疗效都十分肯定，而BCG＋IL－2组更优，可减少BCG用量，毒副反应小。
In this paper, BCG, BCG + IL-2 intravesical instillation to prevent postoperative recurrence of bladder cancer were analyzed, 74 cases of bladder cancer were divided into two groups. One group comprised 40 patients with BCG alone (150 mg) and the other 34 patients with BCG (100 mg) + IL-2 (20000 Iu). The BCG group was followed up for 18 to 72 months with an average of 30.9 months, with no tumor recurrence rate of 80% (32/40). The BCG + IL-2 group was followed up for 16-7 months with an average of 29.4 months, with no tumor recurrence rate of 88.3% (3O / 34), there was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). The results showed that either BCG alone or BCG + IL-2 combined treatment, the effect is very positive, while the BCG + IL-2 group is better, can reduce the amount of BCG, toxic side effects.
