本文为了探索有氧健身走对老年人血脂及脂蛋白代谢的相关性进行研究,观察长期有氧健身走是否具有防治动脉粥样硬化[AS]和心血管疾病(CVD)的作用。结果表明:长期有氧健身走可有效降低老年人的TC、TG及LDL-c水平,显著提高HDL-c水平,增加抗动脉粥样硬化指数(HDL-C与TC比值),增强清除胆固醇的能力,促进脂代谢,减少胆固醇在血管壁上的沉积,增强抗动脉粥样硬化能力,这对预防心血管疾病具有积极意义。
In this paper, in order to explore the relationship between aerobic walking and the metabolism of lipids and lipoproteins in the elderly, to observe whether long-term aerobic walking can prevent and treat atherosclerosis [AS] and cardiovascular disease (CVD).
