中药提取物CM36对小鼠Lewis肺癌、小鼠肝癌(HAC)抑瘤作用明显。实验初步表明,对HAC的抑瘤作用优于抗癌药ADM、TSPA、5FU以及VP-16.似略优于MMC。CM36的产地不同,抑瘤作用不同,瘤株不同,抑瘤率亦异,CM36对S180抑瘤作用差,动物品系不同,仰瘤效果有差别。对昆明种荷HAC的抑瘤作用较强而对Balb/c荷HAC的抑瘤作用差。用CM36治疗小鼠移植性肿瘤,癌区内有淋巴样细胞及粒细胞与癌细胞紧密接触,癌细胞除坏死外,大量癌细胞退变,细胞浆与异染色质浓缩。CM36还能使荷瘤小鼠总T细胞及其亚群升高,荷瘤小鼠(对照组)于后期T_h/T_s细胞之比有倒置现象而治疗组则没有,表明CM36有免疫调节作用。
Chinese medicine extract CM36 has significant anti-tumor effect on mouse Lewis lung cancer and mouse liver cancer (HAC). The preliminary experiments showed that the anti-tumor effect of HAC was better than that of anticancer drugs ADM, TSPA, 5FU and VP-16. Slightly better than MMC. Lymphoid cells and granulocytes in the tumor area were in close contact with cancer cells. In addition to cancer cells, a large number of cancer cells were degenerated, and cytoplasm and heterochromatin were concentrated. CM36 can also increase the total T cells and their subpopulations in tumor-bearing mice. The ratio of T_h/T_s cells in the tumor-bearing mice (control group) is reversed, but not in the treatment group, indicating that CM36 has an immunomodulatory effect.
