目前,蔬菜质量安全问题,很多是由蔬菜病虫害防治不合理引起的。实践证明,保证蔬菜产品质量安全,必须综合运用农艺、物理、生态、生物、化学五项防治技术防治病虫害,不能片面采用化学药剂防治。一、农艺防治技术1、选择抗病品种。在保证蔬菜优质、高产的基础上,选用对某种病害表现较好抗性的品种。2、种子处理和客土育苗。(1)种子处理。一是对种子进行消毒、包衣等处理,如对种子晾晒、药剂拌种等措施;二是采用55—60℃的水进行温汤
