为了实现我市今年国内生产总值增长13.5%的目标,落实全市经济工作会议关于开展“四增一补”的要求,确保今年新增50—80亿元固定资产投资任务的落实,市政府决定,在年初市政府与各区县、各开发区、市级有关部门签订的目标任务的基础上,对全年经济考评目标任务做如下调整:一、全市:2003年全社会固定资产投资由400.5亿元调整为450.5—480.5亿元,增加50—80亿元。国内生产总值在第三产业受到较大影响的情况下,要确保实现13.5%的增长目标。二、区县:新城区:2003年固定资产投资由7亿元调整为10亿元,增加3亿元。
In order to achieve our goal of 13.5% growth of GDP this year, we will implement the requirements of the city’s economic work conference on carrying out the “four increases and one increases” and ensure the implementation of the task of adding 5 to 8 billion yuan in investment in fixed assets this year. Second, the districts and counties: New City: 2003 investment in fixed assets from 700 million yuan to 1 billion yuan, an increase of 300 million yuan.
