中小学班主任是我国教师队伍的重要组成部分。有人说,世界上权力最小的是班主任,但是贡献最多的也是班主任。没有做过班主任,或许是教师生涯的一个遗憾。班主任是中小学日常思想道德教育和学生管理工作的主要实施者,是中小学生健康成长的引领者,班主任要努力成为中小学生的人生导师。因此,班主任对学生的管理,一定要着眼于对未来的引领。
