为了适应广西经济发展特别是煤炭工业可持续发展的需要,我们分别对广西合山、右江、百色、钦州等四大矿务局进行了调研,主要针对广西煤炭企业对中等技术人才的需求状况进行了专题的调查研究。通过调查,使我们对广西煤炭行业的专业技术人才的现状及需求状况有了进一步的了解和认识,使我们更深刻认识到,进一步加快对煤炭行业专业技术人才的培养已是刻不容缓。
In order to meet the needs of Guangxi’s economic development, especially for the sustainable development of coal industry, we conducted a survey on four major mining bureaux, such as Heshan, Youjiang, Baise and Qinzhou in Guangxi. The survey focused on the demand of middle-level technical personnel in Guangxi coal enterprises Conducted a special survey. Through the investigation, we have got a better understanding and understanding of the status quo and demand situation of the professional and technical personnel in the coal industry in Guangxi so that we can realize more deeply that it is imperative to further accelerate the training of professional and technical personnel in the coal industry.
