目的考察新生代农民工心理求询问题的特点、评估咨询师初诊及处理方式的适切性。方法方便抽取广东省某大型劳动密集型企业742份咨询记录单进行内容编码、频数分析等。结果符合要求纳入分析的有592例,465例记录了咨询次数,其中首次来询325例(89.0%)。求询问题以职业、人际、恋爱情感及应激问题居多,一般性心理问题占全部求询问题的60.0%。仅40.0%的初诊判断及53.3%的咨询处理方式是具体而适合的,自杀自伤问题、精神病性问题初诊适切性较好。男性求询者在成长性心理问题上的比例高于女性(χ2=8.27,P<0.01)。结论新生代农民工的心理咨询服务存在较多问题;心理咨询师的整体专业水平有待提高。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of the problem of psychological inquiry of the new generation of migrant workers and evaluate the appropriateness of the consultant’s initial diagnosis and treatment. Method Convenient extraction of a large labor-intensive enterprises in Guangdong Province, 742 consulting records for content coding, frequency analysis. Results 592 cases were eligible for inclusion in the analysis, and 465 cases recorded the number of consultations, of which 325 cases (89.0%) were referred for the first time. Inquiries, career, interpersonal, love and stress most of the problems, the general psychological problems accounted for 60.0% of all inquiries. Only 40.0% of the newly diagnosed and 53.3% of the counseling are specific and appropriate suicide self-injury, psychiatric problems, the initial diagnosis is better. Male Inquirers had higher rates of growth psychology than women (χ2 = 8.27, P <0.01). Conclusion There are many problems in the psychological counseling service of the new generation of migrant workers; the overall professional level of counselors needs to be improved.
