本文用染色体畸变和姐妹染色单体互换(SCES)试验对高压放电及变电站人员外周血淋巴细胞行进了检测。结果暴露于高压放电人员的染色体畸变率与对照组比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。染色体畸变以单体型畸变为主,且随着工龄增长,染色体畸变率增多;SCES与对照组比较,差异显著(p<0.05)。变电站人员的染色体畸变率、SCES与对照组比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。
In this paper, chromosomal aberrations and sister chromatid exchange (SCES) test of high voltage discharge and substation personnel in the peripheral blood lymphocytes were detected. Results The rate of chromosome aberration in high voltage discharge workers was significantly different from that in control group (P <0.05). Chromosome aberrations dominated by haplotypic aberrations, and with the increase of seniority of life, chromosome aberration rate increased; SCES compared with the control group, the difference was significant (p <0.05). The rate of chromosome aberration in substation staff was not significantly different between SCES and control group (P> 0.05).
