8月中旬,国务院批准《深港通实施方案》,中国证监会与香港证券与期货事务监督委员会也发布联合公告,对深港通投资标的范围、总额度等内容作出进一步明确。这标志着深港通实施准备工作正式启动,深港通预计今年12月正式实施。在业内人士看来,深港通开通后,将为外资投资内地市场打开又一扇大门,有利于促进内地资本市场开放和改革,并深化内地与香港金融合作,加快推动资本市场国际化。
In mid-August, the State Council approved the “Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect Implementation Plan.” CSRC and Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission also issued a joint announcement to further clarify the scope and total quota of Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect targets. This marks the official launch of the implementation of the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect. Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect is expected to be formally implemented in December this year. In the opinion of industry insiders, after the opening of the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect, it will open another door for foreign investment in the mainland market. This will be conducive to promoting the opening up and reform of the capital market in the Mainland and deepening the financial cooperation between the Mainland and Hong Kong and accelerating the internationalization of the capital market.
