为进一步研究蛇床子的补肾壮阳作用并筛选其有效成分,用醋酸氢化可的松制造大鼠肾阳虚模型,以蛇床子总香豆精、挥发油和水提物分别给药,测定大鼠血浆前列腺素(PGE_2和PGF_(2α))和环核苷酸(cAMP和cGMP)的浓度。结果阳虚组与正常组相比,PGE_2和PGF_(2α)显著降低(P<0.01),cAMP降低(P<0.01),cGMP相差不显著(P>0.05),但cAMP/cGMP值显著降低(P<0.01)。用药组总香豆精组和水提物组与阳虚组比较,PGE_2、PGF_(2α)及cAMP/cGMP值均显著升高(P<0.01)。用药组挥发油组与阳虚组比较,PGF_(2α)升高(P<0.01),但PGE_2和cAMP/cGMP值变化不明显(P>0.05)。通过实验认为影响体内环核苷酸和前列腺素代谢是蛇床子补肾壮阳作用的机理或途径之一,并认为香豆精成分是蛇床子补肾壮阳的作用的有效成分。
In order to further study the role of kidney and aphrodisiac in Cnidium monnieri and to screen its effective components, a rat model of kidney yang deficiency was made with hydrocortisone acetate. The rat plasma was measured with total coumarin, volatile oil, and aqueous extract of Cnidium monnieri. Concentrations of prostaglandins (PGE_2 and PGF_(2α)) and cyclic nucleotides (cAMP and cGMP). Results Compared with the normal group, PGE 2 and PGF 2a were significantly lower in the Yang deficiency group than in the normal group (P<0.01), cAMP was decreased (P<0.01), cGMP difference was not significant (P>0.05), but the cAMP/cGMP value was significantly decreased (P<0.01). P<0.01). The PGE 2 , PGF 2a and cAMP/cGMP values of the total coumaine group and water extract group were significantly higher than those of the Yang deficiency group (P<0.01). Compared with Yang deficiency group, PGF 2a was increased (P<0.01), but PGE 2 and cAMP/cGMP did not change significantly (P>0.05). Through experiments, it is believed that affecting the metabolism of cyclic nucleotides and prostaglandins in vivo is one of the mechanisms or mechanisms of the effect of Cnidium replenishing kidney and aphrodisiac, and it is believed that the coumadin component is an effective component of the effect of Cnidium sinensis on kidney and aphrodisiac.
