对64例(男57,女7)中老年高血压患者进行STI分析。患者年龄51～60岁28例,61～70岁32例,71岁以上者4例,平均60.5岁。高血压病诊断标准为>21.3/12.7kPa(160/95mmHg),或收缩压>21.3kPa,舒张压>12.7kPa者。所用仪器为上海XD-30B三导同步心电图机,测颈动脉搏动图、心音图和心电图,主要分析电机械收缩时间(EMT)、左心室射血期(LVET)、射血前期(PEP)、PEP/LVET(P/L)和射血分数(ET)。结果显示左心功能正常,P/L低于0.35者28例,占
