很多临床观察证明用碱性溶液制备的胰蛋白酶以阴极为作用极进行电导入是有效的,实验也证实胰蛋白酶在弱碱性溶液中带负电荷.也有人报导胰蛋白酶在电导入时同时向两极移动并指出导入时蛋白主要移向阴极,作者认为这些资料没有与弥散过程作对置.目前认为胰蛋白酶的等电点偏于碱性,PH 值为10.5.因此,当PH 值低于10.5而处于弱碱性、中性或酸性时,胰蛋白酶应荷正电,因此应从阳极导入.但实际上不仅在弱碱性,就是在酸性溶液中也可测得有荷负电的胰蛋白酶存在.作者认为这可能是由于胰蛋白酶具有多种等电点各不相同而作用相似
