近几年来,人力资源不再像过去那样被当作一种成本,而是作为一种重要的战略性资源,成为企业的最关键因素,越来越受到重视。激励作为人力资源的重要之一,其与否,直接关系到人力资源运用的好坏,对企业的正常运作与良好发展有着不可估量的作用。激励是心的一个术语,将这个概念用于管理,是指激发员工的工作动机,也就是说用各种有效的去调动员工的积极性和创造性,使员工努力去完成组织的任务,实现组织的目标。激励作为开发和管理人力资源的一个重要已经被越来越多的运用。
